The Vegan Aesthetic is exchange only

Exchanges will not be processed until the items are received in their original condition and packaging

Customers are liable to pay for any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item

We will not refund the difference if a customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item

Exchange request have to be made within 1 week after the customer has received the item in question

All customers are liable for their own shipping fees when exchanging an item

As an independent retailer, we do not accept refunds at this time
